BRETT LANSDOWN
Executive Director
Brett is a Solicitor and Director of Ingwersen & Lansdown Securities Limited with degrees in Law and Land Surveying. After being employed in surveying for some years he joined the law practice of Ingwersen & Lansdown Solicitors in 1997. He has over 25 years experience in property law and mortgage lending. Brett is involved in water polo at a local level.
LUKE BERRIGAN
Executive Director
Luke is a Solicitor and Director of Ingwersen & Lansdown Securities Limited with over 10 years’ experience in property law and mortgage lending. Previously he practiced in commercial litigation with a top tier law firm before joining Ingwersen & Lansdown Solicitors. Luke practices exclusively in property and securities law and has been a managing Partner of the property section of Ingwersen & Lansdown Solicitors since 2012. Luke is the son-in-law of David Ingwersen.

David is a Solicitor and Director of Ingwersen & Lansdown Securities Limited and has over 40 years experience in property law and mortgage lending. David is also involved in surf lifesaving and fund raising for local schools.

David is a Solicitor and Director of Ingwersen & Lansdown Securities Limited with over 43 years’ experience in property law and mortgage lending. David is involved in community activities on the Gold Coast and is the honorary Solicitor for a number of Gold Coast based bodies.

Loans Manager
Mandy joined Ingwersen & Lansdown Securities Limited as a Loan Manager in 2017 after working as a Para-Legal for 35 years in the areas of Conveyancing, Wills and Estate Administration. Mandy’s previous work experience is advantageous to her role as a Loan Manager handling pre-settlement and final settlement of loans, the day to day management of Investor funds and Borrower loans.

Loans Manager
Kellie joined Ingwersen & Lansdown Securities as a Loans Manager in January 2011 and has over 18 years of experience in the fields of Banking, Credit / Lending and Mortgage Management. Kellie is a big fan of Jack Reacher books and often knows useless movie & tv trivia facts.
SIOBANN
Investor Manager
Siobann commenced with Ingwersen & Lansdown in November 1996 so has been part of the family for over 28 years. Siobann currently works on a part time basis as an Investor Manager assisting with our Investor enquiries and providing assistance to the Loans Managers. Siobann loves to travel and is always planning her next holiday.
HAYDEN
Assistant Loans Manager
Hayden began working at Ingwersen and Lansdown Solicitors as an Office Junior and Settlement Clerk in 2019 and in 2023 Hayden returned under the role of Law Clerk in the Wills and Estates team and is now Assistant Loans Manager with Ingwersen & Lansdown Securities Limited.

Chief Financial & Compliance Officer
Lauren is a Chartered Accountant and has been with Ingwersen & Lansdown since 2020. Lauren’s previous experience spans across the Assurance, Business Advisory, Funds Management and Property industries. She has previously volunteered her financial skills with Water Polo Victoria and Water Polo Australia.

Tania joined Ingwersen & Lansdown in 2019 taking over the offices accounts duties.
KELLY
Financial Accountant
Kelly started at Ingwersen & Lansdown in June 2022 to join the Accounts Team. She has over 20 years’ experience as a Qualified Accountant, predominantly in Financial Services. Kelly moved up from Sydney in early 2022 and is enjoying the lifestyle change.

Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator
Brigitte joined Ingwersen & Lansdown in 2025. She brings experience across Business Operations, Implementation and Executive Assistance. Brigitte enjoys putting effective systems in place, improving efficiency, and keeping operations running seamlessly behind the scenes.
