HOW IT WORKS FOR INVESTORS
Subject to the Product Disclosure Statement and Investment Proposal (SPDS), the basic conditions of investment are as follows:
- Distributions currently 8% to 10% per annum without interest assurance.*
- The initial period of investment is generally between 12 to 18 months.
- Investment security is by way of registered first mortgage over real property.
- Accredited valuation conducted prior to investment.
- Start with a minimum investment $20,000.
- Distributions paid monthly to the Investor’s nominated bank account, subject to investment performance.
- Available to Self-Managed Super Funds, subject to the terms of the superannuation fund’s constitution and its general rules.
- Investment principal redeemable on maturity.
